Summary

In Samantha Wins, you are...er, well, you're not sure who you are.  You seem to be a vague, featureless person drifting through a strange and glitching house.  Your only company, as you put the pieces of your past together, are a rather cryptic cat and a girl who insists on playing a terrible videogame with you; a game that you always lose...

Review:

Samantha Wins is definitely something different in all aspects.  It's difficult to say much about it without giving away spoilers.  Let's just say that while there's no romance in this game, there is a strong love at the heart of it.

The art is pixely and very bare-bones.  Gameplay is likewise very limited: you wander around using the arrow keys to move and the space-bar to interact with things.  The story is also very short.  None of these are bad points, of course: the game does what it needs to do, which is to set up an atmosphere that puts you in the shoes of someone struggling to deal with...well, that would be telling. ;)

I found this game to be worth playing.  It's short, simple, and full of feeling, and does quite a lot with just a little.

Of course, this is only my opinion.  You may think this game's a winner, or that it should crash and burn.  Feel free to speak your mind in the comments.
